Shipping Information:

Most orders ship out within 2-4 days unless otherwise specified in our order. If we are running late, we will normally let you know so you get your products as soon as possible.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We provide refunds based on a reasonable process. If you haven't opened the package, just return the purchase in the packaging for a full refund. If you are unhappy with your purchases, we will accept returns for a full refund once we receive the return and inspect the produt to ensure everything is as-it-was when we sent it. If the purchase has been damaged, we will process to determine if the damage occurred during shipping or by the end-user.

If you open the purchase and there is nothing wrong with the product, we may charge a 10-15 percent restocking fee - or deny return completely - based on the appearance of the packaging and our ability to resell the product.
